Members of Dance Model Club Rewards™ can earn points for purchasing eligible products at dancemodelclub.com, subject to the terms and conditions specified below. These terms outline the requirements for participation in the Dance Model Club Rewards™ program and govern the membership. These terms are effective from May 13th, 2024.
I. Membership
1. Free Membership.
No purchase is necessary to obtain membership or enroll in the Dance Model Club Rewards™ program (“Dance Model Club Rewards™” or the “Program”).
2. Eligibility.
To become a member of Dance Model Club Rewards™, you must be at least 16 years old. Only individuals can join the program, and each individual can have only one account. If you are under 18 years old, you need to obtain your parents’ or legal guardians’ consent before enrolling. By enrolling, you agree to follow the program’s terms and conditions. To join, you need to provide your first name, last name, email address, state of residence, and optional phone number. The program is not available in areas where prohibited by law. Each member is entitled to only one account.
3. Opening an Account.
You may become a Member of the Program by visiting https://dancemodelclub.com/rewards (the “Website” or “Online”). In order to enroll on the Website, you must be a registered user of the Website and have a user-name and password.
4. Membership Account.
Each member of the Dance Model Club Rewards™ program will receive a unique Member ID in the form of a registered email address. This account is issued at the time of registration on the website. If a member surrenders their account and creates a new one, Dance Model Club™ may, at its sole discretion, issue points from their other accounts (including negative balances) to the new account. To ensure proper handling of Member accounts, lost or stolen accounts must be reported to customer service via our website contact page. It’s important to note that the account remains the property of Dance Model Club™ and must be surrendered upon request. No credit or cash will be given for unused points. Program account numbers are not transferable and cannot be sold, resold, or bartered. Dance Model Club™ is not responsible for the use of a Member’s account or redemption of a Member’s points in the event that the account is stolen and the points are redeemed at any time.
5. Member Information (including Personal Information) and Privacy Policy.
During the registration process, you may be required to create a Member Account and set a password. It’s your responsibility to keep your password and Member Account confidential and to ensure that no unauthorized activity takes place under your account. You must log out of your account at the end of each session. If you fail to comply with these terms and conditions, you may be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred. Additionally, if you lose access to your Member Account, you must inform us, and we may terminate your account as per these terms and conditions.
Members are required to maintain their Member Account information up-to-date by visiting the Website. When logging on to the Website, registered users must provide their individual Member ID in the form of their email address. This will allow the Member to update their personal profile as necessary.
If a member’s account has no purchase activity for a certain period of time (to be determined by Dance Model Club™ at its sole discretion), the club reserves the right to cancel the member’s account. In such a case, any accumulated rewards/points balance will expire. If a member’s account is terminated due to inactivity, the member may re-enroll in the program. However, any previously earned rewards/points will not be credited, and the member will begin with zero rewards/points balance.
6. Online Account Maintenance.
After registering on our website, members can access their account information in their personalized Member portal. They can view a summary of their account details, including their Dance Model Club Rewards™ points balance and transaction history. To do so, members simply need to log in to their account on the website.
II. Earning Points
1. General.
Members of Dance Model Club can earn Dance Model Club Rewards™ points on all products, except for gift cards, taxes, and tips. To get credit for online purchases, members must be registered users of the website and logged in before checking out with their online account.
Please note that the Dance Model Club Rewards™ Program and the associated Points and benefits are intended for personal use only. The sale or trade of any Dance Model Club Rewards™ Points or benefits is strictly prohibited. Additionally, any personal shoppers or individuals acting on behalf of third-party delivery, fulfillment and/or shopping services are not allowed to use their own Account in connection with orders placed by others. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Dance Model Club Rewards™ Program at any time, with or without notice, and terminate any membership with or without notice for any reason, including fraud, abuse, conduct inconsistent with our policies, violation of any local, state, federal, or international laws, or for use other than in connection with orders you personally place. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Earning Rate.
Introducing Dance Model Club Rewards™! As a member, you can earn one (1) point for every dollar ($1) spent when you purchase qualifying fashion products online while being logged into the website. Points are rounded up (this may be subject to change at any time without notice), for example, if you spend $19.49, you will receive 20 points. The calculation is simple: $19.49 x 1 point per dollar = 19.49 points, which will be rounded up to 20 points.
3. Birthday Gift.
If you are a member of dancemodelclub.com and have entered your birthdate on the “Points & Rewards” page of your customer portal, you will receive a gift on your birthday each year. This gift will be in the form of points, currently set at 250 points, which you can redeem for coupons on our website. To be eligible for this gift, you must have a valid email and your birthdate must be entered in your account profile. You can only receive this gift once per calendar year, on your birthday. Please note that the amount of points given as a gift may be subject to change.
4. Gift Cards.
Members who make qualifying purchases with gift cards earn points on the purchase amount (subject to change).
5. Timing of the Addition of Points to Accounts.
Dance Model Club Rewards™ Member Points.
Dance Model Club Rewards™ members will receive their points within 72 hours of shipping for qualifying products purchased online. (Timing for issuing points is subject to change.)
If a member earns points for a purchase but then returns the product, receives a refund, or fails to make payments, the points earned for the original transaction will be deducted from the member’s account. The points deducted will be equivalent to the points earned from the initial purchase. In case the member’s points balance is insufficient and goes negative after the deduction of points for the returned or refunded product that earned the points, the account will be adjusted accordingly.
III. Redeeming Points
1.General.
Members with at least 100 points can redeem them for discounts on products, but not for Gift Card purchases, tips, charitable donations, or taxes.
2. Points towards Products.
Members can use their points to reduce the purchase price of qualifying products based on a points scale.
- 100 points = $3 off
- 250 points = $8 off
- 500 points = $17 off
- 750 points = $30 off
- 1000 points = $50 off
- 2000 points = $125 off
Points can be redeemed in any combination of the point and increment amounts mentioned above, subject to the limitations outlined below. For instance, if a member intends to redeem 600 points, the transaction will enable the member to redeem 500 points and save $17 on the transaction and another 100 points to save $3, thus making a total of $20 off the transaction. It is important to note that the redemption of points both in-store and online towards the purchase of products is subject to product availability and may be subject to change.
3. Redemption.
Members of dancemodelclub.com can use their points to pay for purchases on the website. To do so, they must be registered users. Points can only be used for the purchase price of eligible products and cannot be applied towards sales tax, shipping and handling, or the purchase of gift cards. A member can redeem a maximum of 2,000 points in a single online purchase. Any remaining points can be used for future purchases.
4. Gift cards.
Points may not at any time be used towards the purchase of gift cards.
5. Exclusions.
Points earned in a transaction cannot be redeemed in the same transaction. Additionally, points accumulated on separate accounts of different members cannot be combined to make purchases or for any other reason.
10. Points Expiration.
Members must use their points before the 12-month anniversary of earning them.
IV. General
Limitation of Liability: By participating in and using this program, you understand, acknowledge, and agree that you do so at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed under applicable law, Dance Model Club™ shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost revenues or lost profits, resulting from or arising in connection with this program in any way.
By becoming a member of the Dance Model Club Rewards™ Program, you agree to follow the rules and terms set forth in the Program. Dance Model Club™ reserves the right to modify or cancel any aspect of the program, including the point conversion ratio and the point expiration policy, at any time without advance notice. You are responsible for keeping up to date with the program’s terms and conditions. The points balance in your account, as recorded by Dance Model Club™, will be considered correct. In the event of any discrepancies, Dance Model Club’s™ internal records will be used to determine the correct balance. You are not allowed to sell your points to others, and the sale of points will result in the confiscation or cancellation of your points, as well as the suspension or termination of your membership. Dance Model Club™ may also revoke your membership if you abuse the program or fail to follow its terms and conditions. Any fraud or abuse related to the accrual of points or redemption of rewards may result in the revocation of your membership. Points and rewards earned through the program cannot be exchanged for cash and do not earn interest. They remain the property of Dance Model Club™ until redeemed. If your points or rewards remain unredeemed for an extended period of time, they may be transferred to a state agency according to applicable state unclaimed property laws. The interpretation and application of the terms and conditions of the program are at the sole discretion of Dance Model Club™. Any legal action arising from the program will take place in California, United States, and be subject to California state law.
