  Additional shipping fees will apply for shipping addresses in certain countries, including the Islands, Argentina, Ukraine, Indonesia, Peru, India, Monaco, Colombia, and Cyprus.
• Customer Responsibility
  Dance Model Club™ is not responsible for shipping failures caused by incorrect information. Refunds are not available in such cases.
• Customs Charges
  Please note that customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes that may be charged upon delivery. If these fees remain unpaid, the shipping carrier may withhold or even destroy the package. In such cases, Dance Model Club™ will not provide a refund or resend the package. It’s important to keep this in mind when placing an order with us.
• Shipping Protection (Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages)
  Packages will not be considered late until 30 days have elapsed from the date of shipment. If your package has not arrived after this date, you should contact Route with your claim number. In the event that your package arrives, but the contents are damaged to the point that they are no longer usable, you should reach out to Route and open a claim.
